Love Your Space art is printed to order in Australia, on high quality 250gsm matte art paper using archival inks.
FRAMES AND CANVASES (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Our frames and canvases are made in Australia from high quality sustainable materials. We currently only offer frames and canvases within Australia. Our unframed stretched canvases are wrapped around the sides, so some of the image may be stretched around to the side. If you do not wish for this to happen, please let us know after ordering.
ADDING A WHITE BORDER
You now have the option to add a white border to your print. This does not change the overall dimensions of your paper.
We recommend that you do not add on a white border if your frame already has a mat insert.
If you are ordering framed prints, then we recommend that you add a white border as our frames do not come with mat inserts.

WE SHIP UNFRAMED PRINTS TO:
Australia, New Zealand, USA & United Kingdom.
Australian orders include free shipping, with tracking. Orders take on average 5-7 business days, with some rural areas taking a little longer.
New Zealand is a flat rate of $19.95, USA and United Kingdom are a flat rate of $28.95. This includes tracking. Orders take on average 10-15 business days, with some rural areas taking a little longer.
If you have not received your order within 15 days from purchase you need to contact us immediately, so we can rectify this.
FRAMES AND CANVASES - AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY
All our frames and canvas art is made to order. They're produced and manufactured in Australia, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Delays in shipping for framed prints are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within the 3-4 week time frame. But due to some circumstances and courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay.
PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR OWN DELIVERY.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days so we can organise a replacement.
If an order has been returned to our studio after attempted delivery and no follow up with the courier on your behalf, will incur a re-delivery fee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or you have chosen the incorrect size. Our products are made to order, so please choose carefully and make sure you are happy with your choice of design and size before purchasing.
